This sourcing plan was specially curated for Savage x Fenty. I closely worked with a group of talented women in creating this plan during my senior year in our International Sourcing Course at California State University, Long Beach. The main point of this sourcing plan is to aid in developing a new segment within the brand to generate a new merchandise mix. The segment we collaborated and  selected is an inclusive swimwear that can be sourced in Mexico how to go about the carrying out of the collection.
