International Company Expansion
This concept project was created during the start of the 2020 pandemic. We worked internationally between students in the U.S.A and Italian students. Many meetings were done on zoom to make this project a reality. It was a concept for global expansion of Dolls Kill into either Japan and Australia. We looked at what was the more feasible option to enter the market. This project included market research, culture analysis, sourcing, and merchandising analysis. We looked at target market and company culture to grasp the need for expansion as a first mover due to the companies unique merchandise selection and fandom. After thought and consideration in everything from strength, weakness, opportunities, and threats we concluded Australia is the better country to expand in.
